When you settle into the active Grammer Evolution suede leather high-back adjustable seat with heating and cooling, you’ll appreciate how quiet it is in the air-ride cab, with the engine noise isolated out behind the tank. With the comfort of the air-ride seat and having each control right at your fingertips with the multi-function joystick, armrest command centre, and Miller Systems Monitor, your long days will seem shorter.
Sight lines are superior – you’ll see each and every boom tip without straining, as well as your front tyres while entering crop rows.
Other features of the pressurised heated and air-conditioned cab include active charcoal filtration with an in-cab secondary filter, an instructional seat, auxiliary power outlets, a tilting and telescoping steering column, and a windshield wiper with washer.
With a 50/50 weight distribution and the Miller exclusive four-wheel independent Hydra-Link suspension, you will appreciate the smooth ride and minimum soil compaction. With all four wheels planted firmly on the ground, dropping a wheel in a mud hole and 'free-wheeling' is left to the competition as you pull through the most challenging field conditions with ease. Rear engine for outstanding weight distribution
Proven Cummins reliability you can count on. The engines powering the Nitro 6000 Series sprayer are specifically tailored to meet your demanding requirements for reliability and power. All are electronically controlled and use the high-pressure Common Rail systems to ensure high torque rise.
With available engine sizes available of 333 to 375 peak horsepower, it's the largest lineup in the application industry. The rear-mount engine provides not just better weight distribution, but easy access to engine components, all within convenient reach.
Located behind the engine away from dirt and debris is the large “Single Pass” cooling system designed to allow for more efficient and cooler air flow through all four cores. This means the ambient temperature of the air passing through each core is the same, resulting in substantially better cooling capabilities.

Horsepower is one thing, but getting it effectively to the ground, where you need it, is another. That’s why the Nitro 6000 Series uses a revolutionary drive system to do just that.
The electronically controlled and infinitely variable Twin Sauer Danfoss hydrostatic pumps are matched to Sauer Danfoss drive motors and a heavy duty Fairfield planetary hub. The electronic control system maintains the amount of power to the ground that is required, and nothing more meaning that fuel economy is second to none whilst power delivery in field is exceptional.
The Electronic Controller is fast and responsive, and communicates with the sprayer CANbus network in a seamless integration.
New full-time traction control
Each wheel motor has its own speed sensor in constant communication with the electronic controller, sensing potential wheel slippage and preventing the wheels from turning faster or spinning out, ensuring superior traction and sprayer control, even in challenging field conditions such as mud or soft ground.
4 programmable speed ranges
The operator is able to set 4 pre-programmed customised speed ranges, with each allowing full travel of the joystick. Common examples may include a slow creep range up to 8km/h (5 mph) for manoeuvring in tight places, two working field ranges, and a road transport range.
The NITRO 6365 Cruise Control maintains the set or commanded speed by adjusting the wheel motor displacement, automatically through simply setting the joystick position - no buttons to press.
The Electronic Control System is integrated into the Engine Control Module to automatically change the hydrostatic control system in the event of a great drop in engine rpm, returning to normal operation when the sprayer is through the problem spot.
Integrated speed limiting
The new Integrated Speed Limiting (ISL) feature allows for hydrostatic braking without over-speeding the engine, while working in concert with active wet disc service brakes in each drive hub for outstanding stopping power and operator control.
A spray configuration that's right for you

Start with the stainless steel tank, ranging from 4500L to 6100L to suit your needs. A 565L rinse tank is electronically controlled from in the cab, with enough water to properly rinse the entire product system.
Our variable-speed Hypro® centrifugal pump operates only at the level it needs to deliver your target rate, saving horsepower and preserving pump life.

One nozzle does it all! Fine droplets for coverage...Coarse droplets to manage drift; control at your fingertips.
The Air Nozzles, spaced every 10” along the air boom, atomises the spray droplets using Dial-A-Drop™ technology. This creates the optimum-sized droplets that are not affected by speed and pressure changes, ensuring a uniform application over the entire field.
The Air Nozzle blasts the spray droplets deep into the crop canopy, ensuring complete top-to-bottom leaf surface coverage. No other application technology can measure up to the total plant coverage from the Spray-Air nozzle.
Because of the smaller controlled droplets and directed air blast, the Air Nozzle allows for a very efficient use of water, often in the range of 2 to 5 gallons per acre for herbicides, and generally from 5 to 10 GPA with fungicides.

Quiet, comfortable, and all operator controls within easy reach
The new Miller Condor GC features the brand new, roomier SprayView or Premium SprayView Cab, with easy-to-use operator controls and enhanced visibility. Ease of operation and operator comfort are a top priority, which is why you will find the cab is quiet, comfortable, and the ride is smooth with the full air-bag suspension. The standard features include air-ride, pressurisation, charcoal filtration, heat/AC, AM/FM/WX w/CD, 2 way tilt/telescope steering wheel, sun visor, and cloth air-ride seat with folding instructional seat. Miller Chassis Systems Monitor is also a new standard feature.

To tackle the most challenging conditions, you have to start with the right engine
To power the new Condor Series sprayers, we knew we’d need an engine specifically tailored to meet your demanding requirements for reliability, high torque rise, and good fuel economy. The Cummins QSB 6.7 Litre engine does that through the use of a full authority electronic control, High-Pressure Common Rail fuel system.
The Condor GC40 features a 240 horse power engine with a power bulge to 250 HP, while the GC75 boasts 275 horse power.
You'll benefit from better performance, higher productivity, improved fuel efficiency, less downtime, and lower operating costs.
Simple, rugged mechanical drive train design
To efficiently deliver power to the ground, the Miller Condor Series sprayers use a mechanical drive system, ensuring better performance, higher productivity, improved fuel efficiency, less downtime, and lower operating costs.
The Miller Condor GC40 features an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission with speeds up to 40 miles per hour, while the GC75 features an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with speeds up to 40 miles per hour.
The heavy duty differential is tucked up into the rear axle, and features a foot-operated hydraulic differential lock on the GC40, transferring power to both rear wheels during adverse conditions. The GC75 has a limited slip differential. Both models feature rear disc brakes and the GC75 includes standard front disc brakes (optional on the GC40).
The final drive options include the 42" clearance angle drive shaft on the GC40, or the 48" heavy duty cast iron drop boxes that are standard on the GC75, and optional on the GC40.
Choice of booms, tank sizes, and dry box configuration allows you to tailor to your needs
Choose from two tank sizes, 1000 and 1200 gallons in either poly or stainless steel, and you will have a size to match your productivity. Customise your Condor as you see fit with a broad range of boom options. The mono-beam style boom offers simple, unique ruggedness, while the truss-style boom provides outstanding strength for large 120 foot boom sizes in the toughest conditions.
For a superior return on investment, consider equipping your Condor GC40 or GC75 with Miller’s Spray-Air air boom system, and enjoy unsurpassed plant canopy penetration and coverage with the most efficient application rates possible. With Miller’s Spray-Air technology, you have fingertip control over your droplet sizes, enabling you to dial-in the optimum spray pattern for a wide range of application types and changing environmental conditions on the fly.
Dry Spinner Box Option: The Miller Condor GC40 and GC75 is available with a factory installed New Leader® G4 dry spinner box. Built of 409 stainless steel, the box is painted Miller red, is MultApplier ready, and has a struck capacity of 255 cubic feet, or 8.29 tons @ 65 lbs/cubic foot. Available on a drop-box equipped GC40, and on the GC75 with Condor SmartDrive® as an option. When equipped with the dry box, the Condor is a dedicated dry box machine. This dry box is exclusive to Miller. For lime applications, do not exceed 8.29 ton box capacity.

Your new Nitro can be factory equipped with a wide variety of Raven® controllers and precision farming equipment to help you maximise your application efficiency. If all you need is deadly accurate spray applications with an easy-to-use controller, the Raven® SCS5000 console is the choice for you. This console lends itself to a future precision upgrade path through the GPS-ready CAN connections.
If you need professional precision controls, the Raven® Envizio Pro and Viper Pro consoles are the platforms of choice for expanding into multiple product controlling, full mapping and datalogging, AccuBoom automatic boom section control, and AutoBoom automatic boom height control, as well as SmarTrax/QuickTrax assisting steering. Miller also offers Raven®’s complete line of DGPS receivers with sub-metre to sub-inch accuracy options.
The Condor suspension is comprised of long travel air springs on both the front and rear floating axles, designed to cushion and absorb rough and challenging field conditions.
To ensure uniform wheel contact with the ground, the frame rails of the Condor are made of flexible high strength steel, designed to provide up to 30 degrees of axial twist. This works in concert with the floating axles and air spring suspension to ensure a smooth ride and firm contact with the ground for excellent drive traction.
The Direct Chemical Injection (DCI) system sets a new standard for chemical applications of every type, with unprecedented precision, savings, and safety. No tank mixing is required, and with the industry’s first automatic calibration feature, you are ready to go in minutes. Utilise the optional Rinse Assist to automatically flush the pump quickly and thoroughly. The whole system is amazingly simple and pays off with greater precision, higher yields and unrivaled efficiency.

With the Miller Nitro Injection Toolbar, you'll be able to fuel the growth of your crop by injecting fertiliser between the rows into the root zone where you need it when you need it most.
With a Quick-Attach equipped Nitro, you can remove the sprayboom and in minutes have the Injection Toolbar installed and ready to go to the field. Take control over your crop's nutrient needs through split applications and timely injection of nitrogen immediately before the maximum uptake by the plant. Locking nitrogen into the root zone reduces the potential for leaching, volatization, and leaf burning.
